This is the solution to non-volatile RAM. The modules just need to get to higher capacities before we can use them in the same ways that we use DRAM.

Yeah, I think the problem is that the cell sizes have to be big to prevent magnetic interference between them.



Also, I've finished my semester. Somebody decided to present Windows 8 for his project, and I'm baffled. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but if you click on the Start button in the desktop view, you are taken to the tablet view. Is that really what happens? I thought that you would have the menus appear that you had with earlier versions of Windows allowing you to perform operations and access programs. That would mean that the desktop view is useless unless you've created icons on which you can double-click. This is almost the same as clicking on the charms or whatever in the tablet view. That is stupid if true.

The start menu is tablet style but contains desktop apps, that take you back to desktop view.
