Really? But why? Don't you have the problems I am mentioning?

You need the context. Makes it way funnier and way more serious at the same time. It's straight out of the classic Fallouts.

I'm sorry, but I really don't understand what context you mean? And how is Old World Blues related in any way with the original Fallouts?

Well I don't wanna spoil it. But there's a reason the DLCs came out in a certain order. They're connected with an overarching story.

Throughout the game you learn of characters who played a major role in certain faction's histories, who mysteriously disappeared. You keep hearing their names and you begin to wonder if you know the entire truth. That's all I can say without spoiling anything, but it also involves your past as Courier Six.

The reason OWB reminds me of older Fallouts is due to all the talking technologies. Reminds me of Zax and the talking toaster in OWB is a straight reference to Fallout 2 (also a nod to the original Wasteland). Apart from that Dr. Mobius is a great character and the 80's B-movie villain thing really works well imo although there's much much more to it than that.

I almost completed the first 3 worlds of Yooka Laylee (missing one or two pagies in each, got all quills). So I'm doing world 4 now. I didn't like world 3 much, but the fourth one is better.

I'm also playing Hammerwatch with my wife. It feels awesome to slaughter huge waves of enemies with powerful attacks. The levels are a little bit too big and maze-like though. In the later levels the secrets are almost invisible, that's also kind of an issue.

After that I think I'll grab Torchlight II or Grim Dawn on a sale, I've been wanting to play a hack and slash arpg for a while.

I like OWB quite a bit too. Dead money is better though imo. Still, second best is still good.

This is a good idea.

I finally got The Talos Principle working, and while I'm waiting for finals to be over before I dive into it I loved the half hour I put into it so far. Haven't played a good spacial puzzler like that in a while, especially not one dripping with all that sci-fi fat.

My "gaming" is limited to the 2DS atm. I'm playing Majora's Mask and Mario Kart 7 atm. I bought a whole bunch of games for the 2DS. I completed Link's Awakening (great game), bought Ocarina of Time, Link between worlds, Majora's Mask, Donkey Kong (the NES game), Mario Kart 7, MGS Snake Eater, Star Fox, Mario Open Tennis and the Phoenix Wright Trilogy.

Oh yeah I completed some Fallout New Vegas DLCs a couple of months ago. I liked Honest Hearts as a linear storything that doesn't really do much of Fallout-ish things, and while I loved Dead Money and its characters and setting (very, veeery Bioshock-ey imo) at first, I got so bored with it later on. The balancing is shit, you're overpowered as fuck (I played on normal hardcore) and the game keeps dragging on and on and on. It should be 5 hours shorter, not more than a 4 hours experience, imo. So yeah, quite torn on Dead Money. Great writing, annoying, boring game.

From what I hear, that version of MGS 3 Snake Eater is garbage. But I'd like to know what you think of the game. I fairly recently replayed the HD version, on European Extreme. In some ways, that's the best difficulty to play it on, as it's just too easy to barrel roll through enemies when spotted, otherwise. I haven't played any of the other games you mentioned.

It's going to be a while until I find the time to play Snake Eater. I'm quite busy and I'm already playing Majora when I find the time. I'll get back to you eventually, though!
